RETURN POLICY

George Davis Antiques & Interiors is dedicated to customer satisfaction.  Therefore, we offer a 48-hour approval service on all merchandise.  All merchandise out on approval must be returned in the same condition as it was received.  Customer is responsible for any damages, fire, or theft while the merchandise is out on approval.   Customer is also responsible for all moving costs in both directions. 

All sales are final.  If George Davis Antiques & Interiors agrees to and approves a return, there will be a 25% restocking fee.  Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • A 25% Restocking Fee applies
  • Item must be repacked and received in the same condition as it was initially sold

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund

SHIPPING

Shipping to and from George Davis Antiques & Interiors is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type, and location.  All items will be shipped fully insured.  Shipping quotes to be determined.  Shipping is not included in any pricing.  Items must be paid for in full prior to shipping.

You will be provided with all necessary information about your shipment.  In the event your item is damaged, please contact the shipping company for resolution.  George Davis Antiques & Interiors will assist you with any paper work needed to complete your claim with the shipping company.

Types of shipping companies –
1.    White glove delivery – places the items in your home
2.    Common carrier - curb side delivery

PAYMENT

George Davis Antiques & Interiors accepts the following forms of payment:

Check, cashiers check, and wire transfers. (When paying by check, cashier’s check and/or wire transfer – we allow seven (7) days to receive payment.  After seven days, the sale is considered void and the merchandise is returned to the web site).

Credit cards:  Visa and MasterCard  (If you dispute a payment you made to George Davis Antiques & Interiors and George Davis Antiques files a challenge and the charge back is reversed, you agree to pay George Davis Antiques $500.00 (five hundred dollars) plus Attorney’s fees to compensate George Davis Antiques for their time and effort to challenge the dispute).

Pricing is in U.S. currency.  Prices do not include costs of shipping, insurance and/or crating and packing.

George Davis Antiques & Interiors provides the buyer with provenance, dimensions, and detailed photography to assist throughout the buying process.  We are also available to assist with any inquiries you may have prior to completing your purchase.

No sale is finalized until confirmed by a company representative.  George Davis Antiques & Interiors reserves the right to refuse any sale.  Sale of any goods is subject to availability.  

All sales are final.  We do not ship approval orders.  No refunds or exchanges will be made for items purchased from this site.

Sales tax will be applicable to all sales shipped within the state of Georgia.
